An informal experience includes tying waistbeads while gathering information on your intentions for them. This will be done at a mutually agreed upon location. It is a short session that will last between 5-10 minutes.

A formal experience can be personal or shared with a group (groups of 5 or more, please send an email). This experience is more of a 'sister circle's where we come together and share our hearts in the comfort of your home. We will discuss your current challenges and the changes that you are ready to make towards being a better version of yourself. This session last between 30 minutes to an hour.
